If you prefer to use a 'Filter & Find' advanced search facility, where you choose your fields then please click Advanced Search

To execute each new search you type something in the search box and click on Search.

You may type separate words
   e.g. car lorry truck traffic
   this will search for items that mention these words

You may type part of a "phrase" enclosed in double quotes
   e.g. "heavy traffic"
   this will search for items that mention this phrase

You may type the first part of a word followed by a star without leaving any space i.e. word*
   This will give you all the various endings of that word
   e.g. plan* will actually search for; plans, planning, planned, etc

You can also type combinations of the above by placing capital AND or OR or NOT between words or phrases
   e.g. "heavy traffic" NOT buses    will search for items that include "heavy traffic" and will exclude items that mention buses

Remember that items are held at all four stages of the process.
So your result list may include; Plan, Issue, Proposal or Action items
